Ready to ship tumblers have a processing time of 2-5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing time does not include the time the order takes during shipping.
Custom creation tumblers are exactly that: custom. All tumblers that are not listed as ready to ship will have a 2-6 week processing time until shipped.
There are no refunds and/or returns on any item. Custom Creation orders cannot be cancelled once they are in process.
